Cruik Barn Accommodation

Up to four guests can stay at Cruik Barn with their own luxurious private space, but still feel part of the party

Hause Hall Farm is a traditional Cumbrian farm which has been gently converted to holiday let accommodation.  The changes to these Grade II listed buildings have been sensitive and done with as little alteration as possible to their traditional features and whilst retaining continuity of materials – sandstone, lime plaster, oak with simple colour and design schemes are used throughout.

The Cruik Barn is the oldest building within Hause Hall Farm and its structure rests on the cruik trusses which have been kept open and are the key determinants for the gallery, bedroom and bathroom layouts in the upper part of the barn.

Whilst the Cruik Barn is provided as ancillary accommodation to the Farm House at Hause Hall and is not let separately from the farmhouse, it has its own reception area with an open fire and a private sandstone terrace.

The Boredale Room on the first floor has a five foot zip and link bed which can be configured as one or as a pair depending on preference.  It has a private ensuite with a cast iron bath and separate shower over. Across the large first floor gallery seating area is the Beda Room which has a five foot antique oak bed and an ensuite shower room with a rainfall shower.
