The Stables offers you additional five-star bedroom suites for extra Hause Hall guests. There’s no separate kitchen or living space here, making it an ideal teenage annexe. They get some privacy; you ensure they’ll gather with the clan for eating and socializing. As there are no stairs, it’s equally good for elderly relatives or young families who need to keep their own hours but want to share in all the fun.

Air and grace

Take in the air and the view from The Stables own terrace opening onto a grassy meadow with dry-stone walls that rise up to the slopes of Hallin Fell. Hause Hall is a hop across a courtyard and you have direct access to the central terrace with majestic views of the hills, for joint festivities.

Beds and bathrooms

With a choice of bath or rainfall shower en-suites, and the classic Rowley welcome of Egyptian cotton sheets, feather duvets, fresh flowers and Molton Brown bathing goodies, everyone feels pampered here.

If you can bear to leave...

At The Stables, luxurious though it is, you will at some point have to join the other members of your group for dining as all kitchen facilities are in the main hall.
