Great place to stay with our family, lovely accomodation and very welcoming. Had everything we needed and would highly recommend. Christine was also very helpful with anything we needed.

Honestly one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in. Very well laid out and very nice that every room has its own en-suite! As a family of 12 and with 3 dogs it was perfect, with large kitchen/ dining area and a large lounge. Really nice extra touches, such as the toiletries and the goody hamper on arrival. Christine was very responsive and accommodating to requests and really went above and beyond for what’s normally expected. Location is also good to different lakes and walks. Would recommend Rydal Water. Would most definitely return!

Lovely accommodation for a family celebration, booked Cazenovia and Wythburn together. Good to have en-suite facilities for each room. Furniture and fittings suitable for property type. Well appointed kitchen and facilities. Welcome packs had local good quality products which is appreciated. Beautiful gardens, tendered to and kept tidy, enjoyed looking at the flowers. Great views across the landscape. Christine was very responsive to queries prior to stay. Useful to have separate utility for dog equipment and dog shower outside. Luckily the weather stayed mostly fine so didn’t need to use these, but dog families will appreciate these. One member of the group enjoyed stay so much she painted a small thank you card in watercolours inspired by the flower garden to leave to say thanks. Recommended.

Dealing with The Rowley Estates is always a great experience

We had a great time at Cazenovia Hall and Wthburn Cottage. We were a party of 12 and used the Hall for all our meals and socialising. There was sufficient space to do this. The properties were well equipped and the Welcome Basket was probably the best we’ve ever had, full of essentials and touches of luxuries too. The toiletries were well received too. The additional aids for our less mobile friend were very helpful and much appreciated.

Stunning houses with a perfect bedroom layout for our stay (7 couples + 1 dog). Christine’s communication was excellent and we had a lovely stay.

We had the most wonderful Christmas in this beautiful cottage. Could not have asked for a better experience. The care and attention to detail, taken at every step, from the enquiry through to our stay, was excellent. Will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful house, very comfortable and well-equipped. Nice to have all ensuite bathrooms. Communications with the host were excellent and the welcome hamper was a welcome treat!

Wythburn Cottage is set in a beautiful location and is stunning inside and out. The facilities and quality of furnishings were immaculate and second to none. Quiet and peaceful, the cottage is located in lovely countryside and an easy 20 minute drive to Keswick and the fells of the Lake District. Christine was a great host, immediately following up on our reservation and keeping in touch as we approached our arrival and departure dates as well as offering suggestions on where we might want to visit. Our entire group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed staying at Wythburn Cottage.
