Enjoy the timeless tranquillity of fly fishing in the Lake District and Eden Valley with a stay at The Rowley Estates. Several of our properties offer access to a small tributary to the peaceful River Petteril with the renowned River Eden just a short drive away—both offering excellent opportunities for keen anglers.  There are several excellent lakes in the area for brown trout fishing including Blencarn Lake and Whins Pond.

Whether you’re casting into the quiet lakeland waters or heading out to fish the Eden’s famous wild trout and grayling, you’ll find the perfect balance of sport and serenity. These beautiful rivers, surrounded by unspoiled Cumbrian countryside, make for an unforgettable day on the water.
