I booked this Airbnb for my Boyfriends birthday and we had a very wonderful time in Maple Retreat. The location was so relaxing. We are coming from London and this Maple Retreat was really a escape from the city life. Thank you so much Christine and the team for the stay and the hospitality you guys provided was so great. They also provided with the breakfast hamper which was the best. I had to ask for another bottle of Jam from Christine because it was so yummy. And I really appreciate the effort of giving us another bottle of homemade jam. I would really suggest this Maple Retreat to everyone and we hope we can visit again Maple Retreat in future. We had an excellent stay here. The Shepherd hut was very well configured and had all we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. The place was exceptionally clean. The owners left a range of essentials and treats for us, which was a lovely touch. The little wood stove ensured the hut was very comfortable in cooler weather.
The location was very good with wonderful views of the hills.
Communication was also excellent from the booking to the end of the stay.

We would certainly recommend Maple retreat.

Great stay, place was very clean and came will the amenities we’d ever need. location was quiet and peaceful. couldn’t ask for more. Log fire was perfect and the shower and bathroom was clean and worked perfectly as well as everything else.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 4 nights and we couldn’t find much to complain about at all. Was spotless, came with all the amenities you need and more. Log burner warmed the room up very quickly and didn’t have to worry about it going out and cold in the evening as they had a small radiator to keep the room comfortable while sleeping. Good size bed, fridge and bathroom for the two of us. Gorgeous location to go with it as well. Only very minor issue we had was the large hob would go off mid use every now and then but this wouldn’t put us off staying there again. Thankyou

What a great little find this shepherd hut is, tucked away in the woods amongst beautiful surroundings, lovely and peaceful. The shepherds hut was immaculate and had everything we needed, the welcome pack was exceptional. Christine was a fantastic host and communicated all the way up to our stay with local attractions and amenities in the area. Would definitely stay again, thank you again for a wonderful weekend.

I had an amazing time spending a few nights at Maple Retreat! Christine was an excellent host and the space was clean, cozy and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The location was so beautiful and waking up to the snowy mountains and grazing sheep felt like a dream! Thank you again Christine!

We had a fantastic week in the shepards hut. The hut had everything we needed for our stay. Christine was very proactive with recommendations etc prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend these huts!!

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed both inside and out. The information provided was concise but thorough. The location is fabulous, nestled on the edge of a private wood with views across a small valley. Very private and quiet.

Had a lovely peaceful time the spec in the shepherd hut was second to none highly recommend.
