Amazing well equipped house, great for the family gathering we had. Picturesque views, peaceful location with great walks on the doorstep. Christine the host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!!!

Absolutely stunning location, we had our wedding here last month and couldn’t be happier, Joanna was a fantastic help on the day and we both really appreciate how easy you made it to sort out all the flowers, caterers, etc. Definitely going to try and find an excuse to stay here again! A fantastic venue for our small wedding of 20 guests. So lovely that the majority of our guests could stay over for the whole weekend in the beautiful bedrooms at Hause Hall Farm. The weather was very kind and we were able to have the wedding ceremony outside on the patio. Absolutely wonderful.

Hause Hall was the absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place for a friends and family gathering of 14 people. There are plenty of hiking trails close to the house and lots of beautiful farm land. The management company and Christine made sure that the place was pristine upon arrival. They also provided lots of amenities to make our stay warm and comfortable. It made our family reunion one to remember. There were no tissues in the air bnb, so if you think you will need them, bring them. If you plan on cooking – the air bnb had lots of spices, oils, sugar, so you probably don’t need to bring those types things. It is pretty remote – to reach the Hause, one must drive on a one track road for about 20 min to get to house. We weren’t bothered by this because it is what we wanted, but it did add an extra level of patience and planning to go out and do stuff in the surrounding areas. Howtown Pier has no parking. So we had to drive to Pooley bridge to catch the Ullswater Steamer

We enjoyed our stay at Hause Hall Farm while we were celebrating Tom’s 80th birthday. Everything was in place to enable us to make the most of the wonderful environment and the Hall itself. We were made to feel so welcome and felt so comfortable in every way by Rowley estates. The superior accommodation and Martindale itself all contributed to a wonderfully memorable celebration. We would wholeheartedly recommend Rowley Estates as we have stayed in several of their wonderful premises over the years. Hause Hall however surpassed all expectations!

The property is in an amazing location, with incredible views and is very well thought out with amenities – the welcome basket was incredibly lovely too. Our stay at Hause Hall Farm was absolutely stunning. The property itself is full of charm, blending rustic character with modern comforts, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The attention to detail throughout the house was exceptional, with spacious and beautifully furnished rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy living spaces that made us feel right at home. The outdoor areas were just as spectacular, providing the perfect spot to take in the stunning scenery, whether enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset over the hills. A special thank you for the wonderful welcome basket—it was such a thoughtful touch and made our arrival even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to return to this incredible farmhouse! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious escape in the Lake District.

What a wonderful property- incredible views and so well equipped. Christine was an amazing host. I would love to return in summer – although for mid March we were blessed with beautiful weather and a super starry sky! We were here as a mix of families for my husbands 40th and we all loved it. We had a wonderful time at Hause Hall Farm over New Year as a family. It is a true home away from home with hotel standards. Beds are incredibly comfy and the bathroom products are a lovely touch! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. They’ve truly thought of everything! Dog & child friendly. Surroundings are stunning. Christine was incredibly helpful before, during and after our stay. We hope to be back soon!
