We stayed in July with two other families and had a fabulous time. The set up was perfect, with lots of space for the group as well as privacy for each family and the 6 adults, 6 kids (age 2-7) and a dog! The welcome basket was fantastic and we loved the complimentary raspberry picking at the rowley estates. We were so lucky with the weather and ate in the garden every evening with the fire pit to keep us warm when the sun went down. Would highly recommend Todd Hills as a place to explore the surrounding areas and great for groups.

Such a special place for a large group to stay! We really enjoyed our time at Todd Hills and Christine and team were super communicative about everything. It’s naturally not the cheapest option but ideal if it’s a special occasion like it was for us. So near to Penrith and lots of lovely local walks in and around the Lakes.

Christine was the most helpful Airbnb host I’ve ever come across. She regularly got in touch in the lead up to the stay with helpful information and updates. She answered all of my queries promptly and in a considered way. The accommodation was for my sister’s relaxed hen do and it was a very special time. The space is perfect for a large group and I was so impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was in particular. We did lots of group meals without any worries about utensils, large dishes etc. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a really peaceful spot. Plenty of parking on site. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back in the future.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house…the location was lovely and the welcome hamper was a great touch. Would recommend for a relaxing break!

Christine’s place was wonderful and I would definitely return to one of her properties. My favourite thing about the house was the amazing view across to the Lake District but there were so many perks to the house. Our group of 9 were very comfortable, the kitchen was great for group cooking and the bedrooms all had a decent amount of space. There is no dud bedroom. The welcome hamper was much appreciated and we really relaxed in the house.

We had nine of us (4 adults and 5 kids). We all had plenty of space around the house. Kids loved hide and seek 😃.

We stayed at Todds Hill Farm for a family gathering and we were not disappointed. It was not only a beautiful setting but a stunning property providing every amenity we could have needed.
Christine was responsive and attentive throughout the booking process and during our stay. She provided prompt and detailed answers to our questions as well as helpful information on the property and surrounding area.
We had a delightful stay and look forward to a return in the future either at Todd Hills Farm or one of the other Rowley Estate properties. We cannot recommend them enough!

Our stay on Todds Hill Farm was perfect for our family gathering. The location was beautiful and the house was superb – the pictures did not do it justice and it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Christine was wonderful. She was communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay and was helpful in providing information for the local area.

We had the most incredible weekend at Todd Hills Farm. From start to finish by far the best air bnb experience I’ve had. Christine was really communicative and emailed me recommendations for the stay. The accommodation was exceptional with every room being beautiful and spacious with stunning countryside views from all room. We really had the best weekend here and I would recommend it to anyone.
