Christine’s place was wonderful and I would definitely return to one of her properties. My favourite thing about the house was the amazing view across to the Lake District but there were so many perks to the house. Our group of 9 were very comfortable, the kitchen was great for group cooking and the bedrooms all had a decent amount of space. There is no dud bedroom. The welcome hamper was much appreciated and we really relaxed in the house.

We had nine of us (4 adults and 5 kids). We all had plenty of space around the house. Kids loved hide and seek 😃.

We stayed at Todds Hill Farm for a family gathering and we were not disappointed. It was not only a beautiful setting but a stunning property providing every amenity we could have needed.
Christine was responsive and attentive throughout the booking process and during our stay. She provided prompt and detailed answers to our questions as well as helpful information on the property and surrounding area.
We had a delightful stay and look forward to a return in the future either at Todd Hills Farm or one of the other Rowley Estate properties. We cannot recommend them enough!

Our stay on Todds Hill Farm was perfect for our family gathering. The location was beautiful and the house was superb – the pictures did not do it justice and it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Christine was wonderful. She was communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay and was helpful in providing information for the local area.

Beautiful property

We had the most incredible weekend at Todd Hills Farm. From start to finish by far the best air bnb experience I’ve had. Christine was really communicative and emailed me recommendations for the stay. The accommodation was exceptional with every room being beautiful and spacious with stunning countryside views from all room. We really had the best weekend here and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Christine.

What a lovely house! We had the most amazing time – there were 12 of us and 4 dogs. The house was stunning and the garden is lovely with views all around.
The kitchen was well stocked and equipped – it had everything we needed. All the bedrooms were beautiful with lovely views. Will definitely stay again – gutted to have left.
One point to note, if you have dogs that are interested in sheep, the garden borders a field with sheep – there are fences all around and our dogs weren’t bothered but some might be.

We had a wonderful sunny weekend at Todd Hills Farm. The house was beautiful and exactly as described, perfect for a large group get together. Communication with Christine was excellent both in the run up to, and during our stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

Todd Hill Farm was amazing, what a beautiful location and fantastic property. We had a party of 10 and could not have wished for any more. On arriving the house was spotless and fully equipped. There was a wonderful hamper on arrival for us with so many treats and necessities. There were some great places to eat nearby and some lovely walks as outlined in the wonderful guide folder in the house. Christine was a fantastic host who responded very quickly to any questions and was very proactive in her messages. I would not hesitate in staying here again or any of her other properties

Just home after spending weekend in this beautiful house within stunning surroundings Christine our host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating allowing us early check in and later check out. House was very well equipped and beds extremely comfortable. Nice touches such as lovely toiletries in each bathroom, and the hampers full of goodies were amazing all so tasty. We will definitely be back.
