The best house we have stayed in. Great for my 60th birthday. Three children 4, 3 and 18 months. So well equipped and thank you for the hamper.

The house had everything that we needed for a family of 6 adults, 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. Lots of space and a gorgeous hamper on arrival.

Had a great weekend here, perfect place to stay for a large family group. Hosts were brilliant and the house had everything we needed, highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful location for a family celebration. If you want luxury at a reasonable price in the heart of the Lakes this is the place. Secluded but not that far from civilisation with a lovely village pub a short walk away we had a great weekend here. Christine is a great communicator too so don’t hesitate book now, 5 stars from us.

Todd’s Hill farm was such a beautiful place to stay! The location is stunning and the house is perfect for a large group! Each bedroom is beautifully done and no one felt like they had a bad room as all are brilliantly sized and with en suite. The welcome hampers are incredible – especially the muesli and jams! The sunset was spectacular and highly recommend the local pub where Rasmus and the team looked after us so well. The communication and help from Christine is superb and it’s actually our 3rd stay at one of the Rowley properties as they are such high quality and great value. Could not recommend more!

Great stay here

We stayed at Todd Hills Farm (part of the Rowley Estates) between 15th and 19th January 2026 celebrating a 75th birthday, it is a fabulous 6 bedroom all ensuite holiday home in the most amazing Cumbria setting. The house is very clean and beautifully presented with two lovely log burners for the colder days all fuel for these is included but even without that the house is lovely and warm. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, a wide range of spices, salt n pepper, and oil also tea coffee and sugar, paper towel, washing up liquid and all other detergents, beautiful bathroom essentials and towels. There was also a welcome hamper with some lovely locally sourced produce (bread , biscuits , sweets and some lovely wine), in the fridge was milk, butter, eggs and apple juice just to get you started. It’s Family and Dog friendly. There is a local pub within the small village where there is a bakery open 7 days a week about 20 mins walking distance (if you’re up to a walk, we drove down). We have stayed at other properties owned by the Rowley Estates and all are excellent, Christine, Charles and all the staff are absolutely wonderful, any queries they get back straight away. I would most differently recommend staying at Todd Hills Farm. Big thank you ‘The Latham Family’

We had an absolute wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! Nestled in breathtaking surroundings, it was the perfect getaway for our extended family and a family dog. The farmhouse was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and everything we needed in the kitchen. We celebrated my son’s 21st birthday on NYE and enjoyed making great breakfasts and dinners together. The Christmas tree added a lovely festive touch, and the en-suite bedrooms ensured everyone had their own privacy. We went on long, relaxing walks and truly felt at home. Highly recommend this gem!

Sarah’s 30th Birthday! We have had an amazing time celebrating Sarah’s 30th birthday. Incredible house, location and facilities! Lovely touch with the hamper upon arrival, our 4 legged friends had the best time too! We can’t wait to be back, thank you!

We were a group of 10 friends staying at Todd Hills Hall farm. We could not fault our week’s stay there. The booking process was extremely smooth and the information provided about the house and surrounding area was excellent. Arrival instructions were clear and the house on arrival was spotless. The provided hamper was very well and thoughtfully stocked. We had to contact Christine once during our stay and there was an instant helpful response.
All in all a great stay and we would love to go back.
