A wonderful relaxing stay, our second visit to the Rowley Estates and Jenny’s Croft did not disappoint. We had an amazing time, as did our 2 dogs on their first stay away from home. We were beautifully provided for with everything we could need, including a wonderful welcome hamper. Spotlessly clean and wonderfully spacious. Absolutely perfect!

This is our second stay. Lovely, well equipped and maintained cottage with 2 comfortable beds/bedrooms. In a beautiful rural setting near to many local walks. Quieter location than the main lakes, which can get very busy with lots of traffic, but these are still easily reached by car for a half day/day trip.
The welcome hamper is very generously stocked with delicious groceries.
Plenty of places to eat out and/or the main supermarkets will deliver here.
The Rowley estate team are all very friendly and efficient.
Our 2 dogs and we were very happy with our relaxing week.

We had a fabulous stay at Jenny’s Croft in April. The property is very well equipped with all you would need for a lovely break. The location felt very rural and out of the way but just a short drive to larger towns and the lakes. We loved the welcome hamper and the log burner. The beds were comfy, the showers powerful and the kitchen had all we needed. With the rural location and very little light pollution we enjoyed a clear night of star gazing too. It was fantastic seeing the sheep and lambs every day in the neighbouring fields. Would definitely return and would highly recommend Jenny’s Croft.

We had a fantastic stay. Communication with Christine beforehand was prompt and very helpful including ideas of places to visit and what was on in the local area. Having the two properties next door to each other suited our family gathering well. Both were well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing and everything you might need was provided. The local area was great for walks- we enjoyed seeing Long Meg stone circle and Greystoke castle. We also enjoyed playing snooker by transforming the dining table. A great place to stay!

We absolutely loved Jenny’s Croft. We have stayed at a few of the Rowley properties now and each time we have been impressed, hence why we return.

The level of detail and thoughtfulness that goes into preparing the property ahead of the visit is fantastic. Everything feels like it is of excellent quality and a real luxury. We found that everything we possibly needed was provided.

We enjoyed a peaceful weekend in a beautiful setting. Thank you to the Rowley Estates Team for making it so special.
