Beautifully restored hall. Under floor heating is a definite bonus. Generous basket of goodies and lots of space to mingle.

This is a great place, if you really want some peace and quiet and retreat from the world as there is absolutely no signal. It is a very remote place and you have beautiful nature around you with a river flowing nearby. The hut is clean and cosy and provides breakfast items as well. Will definitely come back in warmer days 🙂

Fabulous stay for a big family birthday weekend. Outstanding property that is superbly equipped for a large group! Christine was a fabulous host, very responsive and accommodating to us . Simply one of the best properties we have rented. Hope to be back!!

A group of friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melmerby Hall. The bedrooms are of a high quality, with supremely comfortable beds – I haven’t slept so well in a long time. And the generous dining room, kitchen and sitting room were all very conducive to enjoying each others company. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.
