We had the most wonderful time on our 4 day stay at the oak retreat! The hut was cute and cozy and the location was perfect, allowing us to visit lots of places around the Northern Lake District. We were only a short drive from Penrith and a little bit further away was Keswick. I can’t recommend this accomodation enough!

First time staying at Oak Retreat. Set in a beautiful, quiet location. Oak Retreat was absolutely fantastic, everything you needed was provided and the complimentary hamper was wonderful. Oak Retreat was spotlessly clean and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to Christine and the team at Rowley Estates

3 night stay in the oak retreat was perfect, easy to find and a good location for exploring the lakes. The hut had pretty much all that you needed with stunning views looking over the fields. It was reasonably priced for what you got. We Would stay again and would recommend.

An amazing place to stay, oak retreat. Cabin was amazing. Waking up to loads of wildlife. Definitely be staying again.

We loved our stay at the oak retreat! Christine had the kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, milk, apple juice, eggs, granola, bread, butter and delicious jam. The oak retreat had all the cookware needed to make any meal. The trails we went on were not too far. Taking a nap with the doors open after felt luxurious with the pasture views. Overall perfect place for the type of holiday we wanted. Highly recommend!
