This is our second stay at a Rowley Estates property and can’t recommend it enough.

Kirkbride Hall has everything you need and is very well kept. The garden is a lovely big space and perfect for our dogs as it’s completely closed off. The team are always so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. We’ll be back ❤️

Wonderful house in a beautiful place. Luxurious beds, bedding and a very generous hamper. Great showers. Kitchen has everything one would need. A very attentive team.

As a family of seven we stayed at Kirkbride Hall mid April 2025 and found the location to be both beautiful and peaceful, adjacent to the church and just a short walk from the village. The property was immaculate, well maintained and exceptionally well equipped. Especially welcome was the large private garden and outside eating area. The internal layout afforded ample space for relaxation, entertainment and meal preparation. We particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome hamper provided for us and the generous supply of local toiletries. Also impressive were the highly detailed files of information on running the house, exploring the locality and beyond and the delightful items of interest for children. In our view this is a very well resourced, efficiently managed, home from home property of hotel standard and in our experience simply outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at Kirkbride Hall. The house was beautifully kept, spacious, and impressively well-equipped—from a generous welcome hamper to logs for the fire and charcoal for the BBQ. The 2-in-1 pool/dining table was a real hit and kept us entertained every evening. The large garden and peaceful setting were perfect for our group, and our dogs loved the space—as well as the thoughtful treats left for them. The house was spotless on arrival, and the detailed local info packs helped us plan each day with ease. Christine made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free, especially impressive with six dogs! She was welcoming, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. Every detail was clearly considered, and it’s clear the Rowley Estates team takes great pride in their properties. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kirkbride Hall and look forward to booking another Rowley Estates stay soon. Thank you for a memorable break!

We had a wonderful time with our family, the area was so beautiful and the property suited our needs down to the ground! Perfectly clean, and great recommendations for walks and eating out.

Wonderful property, plenty of room for a family get together. The property was clean, and had all the amenities you could need. Nice touches were the welcome hamper, the log burner and candles set ready to go!

Myself and my family stayed here recently for a short break, we wished it could have been for longer. We would love to return one day.
Kirkbride Hall is a beautiful property, the decor is very luxurious. The layout works so well for a large group and the pool table is such a fun idea. If you have children/dogs the rear garden is very secure and quite large.
There was a lot of information about the area and ideas of places to go in the well put together folders in the kitchen.
The supplied hamper ( full to the brim with goddies ) and wine were an appriciated touch. The communication with Christine was first class. She helped out with a couple of queries very quickly.

Quaint location, everything you needed right on your doorstep (pub, bakery/shop, walks & activities). Peaceful setting, private outdoor space. Well equipped kitchen, with well put together hamper full of lovely goodies! The Toiletries smelled delightful, the towel nice crisp and white. Beds were comfortable and roomy. Pool table was an absolute hit with the family. Overall a great property in a lovely location, would definitely recommend and would love to visit another property on the rowley estate portfolio!

We had a very pleasant five night stay at Kirkbride Hall over the festive period. The property has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay and had been tastefully decorated for Christmas with a tree and garlands. The house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen and bathrooms had all of the amenities that were required and were to a very high standard. The welcome hamper was a great starter and the contents were almost all locally sourced. We had a small issue with the heating in one of the bedrooms/bathrooms when we arrived, but this was quickly resolved by Christine, who at all times was very responsive to any request that may have had.
