We had the most wonderful time on our 4 day stay at the oak retreat! The hut was cute and cozy and the location was perfect, allowing us to visit lots of places around the Northern Lake District. We were only a short drive from Penrith and a little bit further away was Keswick. I can’t recommend this accomodation enough!

Stayed for a family wedding, felt like we had had an amazing holiday. Five star accommodation and the outdoor space and views even better. Would love to use as a home whilst exploring the lakes, only trouble is that I wouldn’t want to leave the site

Had a lovely stay at Elm Retreat! Such a dreamy place and great location as well. The hut was really well equipped, the bed so comfortable, and we loved the special touch of the welcome hamper. Would love to stay there again.

We had our wedding at Hause Hall Farm. It was absolutely fantastic, the support we received was excellent and the quality of the accommodation really exceptional. I would definitely recommend the Rowley Estates team.

What a wonderful welcome you receive at Blencowe Hall, and that’s not just the basket of local goodies. Although super large, it has a cosy feeling, like giving you a hug, its a home for living in not an impersonal holiday home. We were 23 from around the globe and every single person, and dogs had an incredible experience, they will talk about it forever and everyone just didn’t want to leave. The bedrooms and bathrooms are splendid, all mod cons but with a real feel for the age of the building. The many reception rooms gave everyone the chance to do their own thing but the kitchen was a favourite place to be plus as the sun did nothing but shine outside eating was a great hit. Wi fi was good for those that needed to keep in touch. At the end of the week we realised we hadn’t put the TV on once. We most definitely

We had a fabulous time at your beautiful hall, thank you so much. We didn’t bring any dogs in the end but the little kids loved being able to run wild in the gardens. Not one person had a single complaint about anything so that must be a first for our family! We’re not due another gathering for 5 years but I suspect we may have one anyway, just to return. Thank you once again,

Had a lovely stay at the Rowen retreat! Amazing setting and so private! 3 nights was not long enough we could of stayed much longer. If your after peace and quiet this is the place to go 😍. Definitely recommend we will be back!
