At The Rowley Estates, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy a relaxing countryside escape. That’s why we offer thoughtfully designed accessible accommodation in the Lake District and Eden Valley, ensuring comfort, ease, and independence for our guests.

We offer properties with character and wherever possible, we have tried to make these accessible with minimal or step-free access, ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms, wide doorways, and practical layouts to suit a variety of mobility needs. Please be aware that there are sometimes internal steps or other features that add to character but detract from accessibility.

We are happy to help with any specific information or to answer any questions you may have and we are always delighted to help with recommendations for your holiday to suit your group and accessibility circumstances. We hope you will get in touch so we can help with some recommendations for you!

Set in peaceful rural surroundings with nearby attractions and clear access descriptions, these properties combine luxury accommodation with ground floor ensuite bedrooms.  Some are step free throughout the ground floor also and others have minimal steps.
