We stayed at Todds Hill Farm for a family gathering and we were not disappointed. It was not only a beautiful setting but a stunning property providing every amenity we could have needed.
Christine was responsive and attentive throughout the booking process and during our stay. She provided prompt and detailed answers to our questions as well as helpful information on the property and surrounding area.
We had a delightful stay and look forward to a return in the future either at Todd Hills Farm or one of the other Rowley Estate properties. We cannot recommend them enough!

Beautiful location and cottages exactly as described. Very comfortable. fully kitted out, enough space for everybody and we had a wonderful time celebrating my mum ‘s 90th. I would highly recommend to anybody.

Five of us plus two dogs had a lovely couple of days break at Stag cottage. It was spotlesslessly clean and very comfortable. I celebrated my 80th birthday and it was great to sit around the roaring fire in the evenings, pity the weather wasn’t great. We ate a delicious lunch at the village bakery and café as the village. pub wasn’t open. We enjoyed dog walks through the wods with bluebells scenting the air and the dogs were safe in the enclosed garden. Nothing was forgotten, even dog bowls. Wish we could have stayed for longer

Our stay on Todds Hill Farm was perfect for our family gathering. The location was beautiful and the house was superb – the pictures did not do it justice and it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Christine was wonderful. She was communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay and was helpful in providing information for the local area.

Another lovely stay with Rowley Estates. Cazenovia is an excellent property and we were fortunately available to also book adjacent Wythburn for our family holiday. Best aspect for us is that every bedroom has en-suite facilities which is rare in a large property. We were blessed with sunny dry weather so enjoyed some excellent walking nearby but also in the Lake District which is very accessible. The pub in Greystoke is traditional with lovely food and a large beer garden which is popular with locals. Another benefit is that it is within easy walking distance from the cottages. We recommend highly “The Chippie Van” that visits Greystoke every 2 weeks. You can order online and collect on the evening and give the family chefs a night off. Both cottages are very well equipped and comfortably furnished. We also appreciated the generous outdoor seating areas and well maintained gardens. A special bonus is that kindling and logs are plentiful and included in the price. I’ve checked with all who came on the holiday and without exception all 14 of us agree that these are the nicest properties we have experienced in recent years. Highly recommended by us all.

A lovely property furnished to a very high standard. We also were able to rent adjacent Cazenovia Hall so please also see my comments on that property. Thank you to all at Rowley Estates for accommodating us at short notice. We had an excellent family holiday and appreciated the good location with easy access to The Lakes and Penrith. We would love to return but are also tempted by the impressive alternatives offered by Rowley Estates.

I can’t describe how amazing this place is! I was very lucky to have won a stay here as part of the Bud Light competition! Then we asked Christine if we could return for Christmas! It was such an amazing experience to get married here and was the last time we were all together with my wonderful mum!! Christine and her team are so attentive and accommodating! Anything you need for 24 people staying in a Castle in one of the most beautiful places in the world!! Just book it!! It’s amazing and has created memories I will never forget!!
