Words can’t describe the beautiful landscape these properties are in! We booked Hause Hall and Cruik Barn for our group of 14, every bedroom is luxurious and immaculately clean . It is just simple stunning! Excellent communication and service from Christine and her team. I would highly recommend booking any of the properties on the Rowley Estates.

We had a fantastic time at Kirkbride. It was warm, cosy and suited our needs perfectly. Melmerby village is idyllic and the village bakery a real gem. Would recommend 🙂

Melmerby Hall is a beautiful location to stay and is fully equipped with all amenities. The photographs do not do the true beauty of the hall justice – it really is a special place. The hall is expertly and tastefully refurbished and all our needs were catered for. Christine and the team provided fantastic service and we will certainly be staying with them again in future.

Fantastic for large groups and very beautiful surroundings and interior. Christine the owner was really helpful and responsive when needed to check any details. Fantastic service and experience. We’d love to come back for a Christmas. Would love to stay again – would just hope the weather would be kinder!! Thanks

Second time we have stayed at the Elk cottage. This is a well presented cottage with wildlife out of every window. We love spending time here for a small get away with our busy lifestyles. The communication is second to non and are so grateful following our recent visit. My youngest left a teddy behind but only realising half way home. Christine emailed me back straight away and found the precious teddy. She was posted out and delivered the next day. I can’t wait to book another adventure to explore another area. Lots of walks in the area and for all abilities. Thank you again for an amazing time.

Such a lovely place and location! Cannot say enough about how fab the accommodation was, the facilities and the location. Super responsive as a host and looked after us well.

This place was gorgeous- had everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen and very comfy bed. Peaceful surroundings surrounded by pine trees overlooking the fields and hills. We truly loved our stay and would recommend to anyone. Christine was very attentive and friendly! Very reasonably priced.
